boagworld: Why I have moved from Posterous to Tumblr Agreed. I tried out posterous for a little while and while I loved being able to upload multiple images and have them automatically appear in a gallery, that was where the enjoyment ended. I found the overlay/popup thing and the constantly signing in rather irritating and I just couldn’t browse around and add random things as easily...

Great idea for those designers who are not print-inclined like myself. Or for anyone really. I like the idea of it all set up and ready to go for you, of course I’d customise the hell out of the designs themselves, but it’s a good idea for a start.

I find templates like these are great when I’m stuck in a design rut. I kinda just use them as a prompt to help me fil the page and give some structure. The final design never looks like the original, and usually I end up scrapping the lot, but it gives me that first spark of direction when I’m really stuck.
